We are conveniently located on Alice's Road, in between Hickman Road and Univerity Avenue on the East side of Waukee.

What are your hours?
We are the most convenient club in the area that is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We give our members the ultimate in convenience. Staffed hours vary by season Monday through Saturday. Call us today at 515-987-6543 to set up a visit!

How's the parking and security?
We have tons of parking right outside our front door. Our security program is second to none, so you'll feel safe day or night. We have security cameras monitoring every inch of the club and the parking lot. Emergency buttons are placed around the fitness center that will immediately contact emergency services when pressed. We also have contact alarms, remote surveillance, and a tail-gaiting system. Other clubs cannot promise safety and securrity like this.

What options do I have when I join?
Flexibility in membership is important. Choose whatever option is best for you. We have numerous levels and lengths of membership; one that is bound to fit you perfectly. Payment is easy, too. You can pay automatically by credit card or through your checking account monthly.

Who helps me get acquainted and comfortable?
Because we have limited memberships at the club, we can devote our time and attention to our members. We encourage new members to get acquainted with the facility with a one-on-one orientation with a member of our professional staff. You'll feel comfortable from day one.

You'll be glad to know, we DO NOT employ sales people. No pressure or tactics to beg you to join. Anyone on our team can share with you the benefits of membership and help you decide if we are a good fit for what you are seeking.

My last gym was gross. What do you do to keep it world-class?
It starts from the moment you walk through the door. Local ownership, coupled with a well-trained and certified staff, assures you of the quality and professionalism you are seeking. Our maintenance schedule combines the use of in-house staff as well as outside professionals to keep things sparkling and operational.
